SAINT-LAMBERT COUNCIL FOR SENIORS

Le Conseil des aînés de Saint-Lambert est un organisme bilingue à but non lucratif qui dirige des activités et des cours, organise des voyages et offre une ambiance conviviale aux aînés de Saint-Lambert de 55 ans et plus. Il accueille également des personnes âgées des communautés environnantes jusqu’à un maximum de 20 % de l’effectif total.
Le Conseil a pour but de promouvoir le bien-être social, mental et physique de ses membres ainsi que leur participation dans la vie communauté.
Le Conseil est situé dans la Maison Desaulniers, une maison patrimoniale au centre de Saint-Lambert avec un accès facile par transport en commun et stationnement pour voitures. Vous trouverez ici un endroit chaleureux et accueillant pour suivre des cours de formation continue ou de remise en forme, participer à des activités de loisirs, assister à des ateliers ou à des conférences, participer à des sorties spéciales ou simplement venir discuter en dégustant un café et des biscuits. The Saint-Lambert Council for Seniors is a bilingual non-profit organization that directs activities and courses, organizes trips and provides a friendly atmosphere for Saint-Lambert seniors aged 55 years and over. It also welcome seniors from surrounding communities to a maximum of 20% of the total membership.
The purpose of the Council is to promote the social, mental and physical well-being of its members and their participation in the life of the community.
The Council is located in Maison Desaulniers, a heritage house in the centre of Saint-Lambert with easy access by public transit and parking for cars. Here you will find a warm and welcoming place to take continuing education or keep-fit courses, participate in leisure activities, attend workshops or conferences, take part in special outings or just visit to chat while enjoying coffee and cookies.
